Credit Card Policy
Upon check in, the cardholder of the credit card used to book must be present and provide valid, government-issued photo ID.
If the cardholder cannot be present upon check in, authorization arrangements will need to be made by calling our head office before the arrival date.
Minimum Stay Policy
To ensure we can provide an exemplary experience for our guests, we have implemented a two-night stay minimum during the summer months and year-round over weekends.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only possible for up to 14 days before check in.
For cancellations with less than 14 days, there will be a minimum of 1 night’s charge. No refunds for “no shows.”
A cancellation processing fee of $25 will be incurred when payment is executed using a credit card.
Check-in/Check-out
To ensure that our staff have plenty of time to perform a thorough clean of our glamping domes for the next guest, we have a firm check in time of 3:00 PM and a firm check out time of 11:00 AM.
Group Bookings Policy
Group bookings for weddings and other occasions are handled on a case-by-case basis, and are not bookable online.
To check our group availability, please call our head office well in advance of your desired booking dates.
Guest Policy
While we appreciate and understand the desire to have guests stay in your cabin who are not registered guests of the glampground, we respectfully ask that you limit your party to those listed on your reservation.
Our goal is to make Lake View Glamping a quiet, luxe retreat for those looking for respite from the hustle and bustle of daily life. This policy ensures our glampground remains private, serene, and peaceful!
Campfire Policy
Open campfires are not permitted near the geodesic domes. Open fire pits are located near the water and each dome has a closed fire pit available for use. We ask that our guests use discretion and keep safety in mind when enjoying their campfires.
As far as when you can burn, our burn policies are directly in line with the province of New Brunswick.
